Our client is a large government organisation looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant for a 5–6-month temporary assignment. A great opportunity for an EA to work across a number of teams, working with a number of stakeholders as you will be covering upcoming periods of leave.
About the role:
- Providing support to senior directors and leadership across the organisation
- Diary management
- Making appointments and maintaining diaries
- Drafting correspondence
- Preparation of briefs, reports and minutes
- Records and file management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating travel and accommodation
- You will have previous experience working as an Executive Assistant in a large organisation, supporting senior leaders
- You will have excellent time and organisation management experience, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills across MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- You will have excellent communication skills - written and verbal, and the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
