About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and project support in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will support senior leadership and play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and confidential executive and administrative support
- Manage complex diaries, schedules, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, reports, briefs, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate and support project activities, including tracking progress and preparing documentation
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and databases
- Handle enquiries professionally and ensure timely responses
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and support team operations
- Manage office supplies and general administrative functions
You will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Sound judgement and problem-solving ability
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience providing executive-level administrative support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
