Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior executives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy
- Extensive meeting preparation and minute taking
- Act as a key point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support project coordination and follow-up on key deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, adaptable, and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Hold a current police check
