- State Government Experience (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior executives
- Experienced in briefings
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate stakeholder communications across government departments
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Some minute taking will be required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant within State Government
- Strong understanding of government processes, protocols, and documentation standards
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- Ability to commence immediately
