An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Board, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership function through executive, administrative, organisational, and governance support. Working closely with the CEO, the successful candidate will manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion, support stakeholder engagement and governance processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of this respected South Australian organisation.
About the role:
- Reporting to, and working extensively with the CEO and executive leadership team, this will include responsibility for providing high level administration, organisation and governance support
- Manage complex calendars, priorities, and workflows, the effective use of executive time
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of monthly ELT and bi-monthly Board meetings, including meeting logistics and stakeholder coordination
- Prepare agendas, collate and distribute Board and ELT papers, and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Attend ELT and Board meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain action registers to ensure timely follow-up and accountability
- Support organisational projects and assist in the delivery of cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities.
- Demonstrate highly proficient contemporary technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite and corporate systems, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting materials efficiently and accurately
- Establish and maintain effective document and records management systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with governance standards
- Manage executive correspondence, monitor actions, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive office
About you:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level Executive Assistant and administrative support to senior leaders and executive teams
- Strong experience supporting Boards and committees, including the preparation of agendas, Board papers, meeting coordination, and minute taking
- Sound understanding of governance frameworks, Board processes, and confidential executive operations
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently across all levels of the organisation
- Highly proficient contemporary technical skills, including advanced capability across Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Extensive experience working with document and records management systems
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times

- Hybrid set up - you will be required to attend the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and work from home on Monday and Friday.
- Some out of hours work may be required to attend Board meetings
