This is a great role for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building across the stack, working closely with founders/designers, and using AI tools to speed up development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building end-to-end web applications across frontend, backend, hosting, and deployment
- Working across React, Node, Python, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Using AI development tools like Cursor or similar to improve speed and productivity
- Collaborating with designers, founders, and lean product teams to test, iterate, and ship MVPs
- Building products that are clean, usable, and ready to support early-stage growth
- Strong full-stack experience across React, Node and/or Python
- Experience building and shipping real applications, whether through startups, client work, or personal projects
- Exposure to app/mobile development (React Native, PWA or similar), with an interest in building seamless cross-platform user experiences
- Comfort with cloud deployment and basic DevOps principles
- A genuine interest in AI-assisted development and modern engineering workflows
- Ideally Melbourne-based, although remote candidates across Australia will be considered
