This is a hands-on functional role focused on configuring D365 CE and the Power Platform to deliver secure, compliant and highly automated business solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Configuring Dynamics 365 CE (Dataverse, forms, views, BPFs, SLAs, dashboards & reports)
- Building workflows and automations using Power Automate
- Supporting data migration, integrations and environment deployments
- Applying security roles and field-level security models
- Maintaining configuration documentation and supporting SIT/UAT
- 3+ years’ experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Public-sector or enterprise program experience highly regarded
