GM/Sales Director
We are looking for a hands on GM & Sales Director to run ANZ. The role is running the small sales team, being a hands on sales person to hit revenue targets and being the GM of the country so managing the rest of the staff indirectly and also stepping into handle any urgent client requirements.
We are keen to see:
- Experience leading as a Country Manager, GM and/or Sales Director.
- Ability to work to hit large revenue targets US$40M ARR.
- Expereinec working with large complex multisite orgs
- Ability to coach, manage and drive a sales team to hit their targets.
- Must be Melbourne based.
