Account Manager Role.
We are looking for a growth focussed account manager. It's a consultative position working between customers and vendor partners. The aim is to nuture and expand high-value accounts driving growth whilst also generating leads through events, co-selling, and inbound from vendor partners.
Fully supported by business development partners you’ll collaborate closely with delivery leads, marketing and tech partners. Bringing together the pieces needed to scope, pitch and close meaningful growth projects.
It's a non-billable role so the normal pressure of sales roles is missing; and its not about cold calls or KPI quotas. It’s about building trust, solving problems and being the commercial heartbeat of a high-performing consulting team

We are keen to see someone who has/is:
- A few years experience in sales or sales development
- Ideallly growing accounts or in partnerships
- Collaborative, low-ego and values client outcomes
- Motivated by long-term thinking, not short-term sales targets
- Interested in consulting, tech services or data/AI backgrounds
- Comfortable talking about technology or platforms
- A Salary of $100,000k + 12% super + 20K comms/bonus
