Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll manage projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ICT and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and risk registers.
- Engage with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage project governance, reporting and executive communications.
- Coordinate procurement activities, vendor selection and contract management.
- Drive project delivery using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Support organisational change and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
You'll bring:
- Experience managing multiple ICT projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and governance.
- Strong vendor management, procurement and contract negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL or Change Management certifications.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within large or complex organisations.
