A fast-growing, innovative scale-up is currently looking for a Product Lead to play a significant role in shaping the future of the Australian mortgage ecosystem.
With major strategic partnerships in the pipeline, they are seeking someone who can focus on growth and optimisation of the platform, whilst improving the end-to-end customer journey - with plans for mass-market digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a highly visible role focused on driving customer acquisition, conversion, and experience at scale.
- Own and optimise the end-to-end customer journey, from initial marketing engagement through to the post-engagement experience.
- Design, analyse, and continuously improve digital conversion funnels in partnership with major enterprise channel partners.
- Collaborate closely with partners to align product, marketing, and operational cadence, proactively managing demand and customer volumes.
- Work cross-functionally with product, broker, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product launches and large-scale campaigns.
- Support the development of a scalable, AI-enabled customer experience, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Proven experience owning & optimising large-scale, mass-market digital funnels, ideally within lending / mortgages.
- Strong understanding of analytics, customer experience (CX/UX), or growth marketing.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners in a high-visibility environment - B2B.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes and frameworks from scratch.
- Exposure to AI-driven product or marketing solutions is highly desirable.
