About the Role As part of the Partnerships team, you'll manage initiatives across the full product lifecycle - from launching new products and partnerships to driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll deliver go-to-market strategies, optimise customer journeys and enhance product performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and optimisation.
- Deliver go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Optimise customer onboarding, engagement and retention across digital and relationship-managed channels.
- Develop marketing and sales enablement materials, including digital campaigns, pitch decks and product collateral.
- Manage loyalty and rewards program benefits and supporting operational processes.
- Analyse product performance and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver commercial outcomes.
You'll be a proactive, commercially minded professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and managing multiple priorities.
You'll bring:
- Experience in product management, partnerships, marketing or a similar commercial role.
- Experience developing products, campaigns or partnerships targeting affluent, high-net-worth or premium customer segments.
- Exposure to premium loyalty, rewards or membership programs (e.g. premium banking, airline loyalty, luxury lifestyle or concierge programs) is highly regarded.
- Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, influence others and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
