We're partnering with a growing financial services business seeking an experienced Product & Partnerships Manager to drive product, partnership and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of premium financial and loyalty products.

This role is ideal for someone with experience creating products, campaigns or partnerships for affluent, high-net-worth or premium customer segments, with exposure to exclusive loyalty or rewards programs highly regarded.

About the Role As part of the Partnerships team, you'll manage initiatives across the full product lifecycle - from launching new products and partnerships to driving customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll deliver go-to-market strategies, optimise customer journeys and enhance product performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through to launch and optimisation.
  • Deliver go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, product launches and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimise customer onboarding, engagement and retention across digital and relationship-managed channels.
  • Develop marketing and sales enablement materials, including digital campaigns, pitch decks and product collateral.
  • Manage loyalty and rewards program benefits and supporting operational processes.
  • Analyse product performance and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver commercial outcomes.
About You
You'll be a proactive, commercially minded professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and managing multiple priorities.
You'll bring:
  • Experience in product management, partnerships, marketing or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience developing products, campaigns or partnerships targeting affluent, high-net-worth or premium customer segments.
  • Exposure to premium loyalty, rewards or membership programs (e.g. premium banking, airline loyalty, luxury lifestyle or concierge programs) is highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously, influence others and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
