Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Lead governance forums, providing clear reporting on progress, risks, and decisions.
- Define and deliver multi-year program roadmaps, including pilots and large-scale rollouts.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery across platform deployment, integrations, testing, and rollout.
- Manage program financials including budget, forecasting, and margin.
- Drive structured change control and support commercial negotiations.
- Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across internal and third-party teams.
- Ensure operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
- Mentor and lead program/project managers across a distributed delivery team.
- 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale, client-facing technology programs.
- Experience across retail or large-scale commerce platforms including POS integrations.
- Proven track record in complex, multi-stream enterprise delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Expertise in program governance, financial management, and change control.
- Experience across retail or large-scale commerce platforms (e.g. POS, integrations).
- Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery models.
- Background in consulting or professional services environments.
