We are seeking an experienced Reception / Administration professional to support a busy government depot in Unley. This is a fast-paced front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction and can manage a high-volume environment.
The Role
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls
- Greeting and assisting customers at the front counter
- Providing general administration and office support
- Assisting depot staff with day-to-day enquiries
- Recent reception or administration experience
- Comfortable managing busy phones and face-to-face enquiries
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Council or government experience highly regarded
- $50 per hour + Super
- 3–4 days per week (including Fridays)
- Immediate start available
