Regional Sales Executive
We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to prospect, meet and close clients mostly face to face. You'd be selling a leading solution that will genuinely make their business run more efficiently and allows them to see more customers daily increasing their revenues and providing a better customer experience. The current team are targeting with a handful of deals per quarter (after ramp) and are all exceeding their targets with deal ctcles typically running from 1-2 visits to several weeks.
We are keen to see sales people:
- Have sold SaaS (any industries/type)
- Strong at Building Consistent Pipeline
- Enjoys meeting clients and closing Face to Face
- Experiences with shorter sales cycles and closing multiple deals monthly
- Sells based on Value & ROI - the software generates more revenues for these businesses!
- Can demonstrate sales success and discuss previous targets, results and wins
- Can think quickly on their feet, overcome objections to challenge the status quo
- At least 2+ years consultative business development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to add value to customers while hitting business targets
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control and account development
- Customer focused and understand how to deep dive into customer needs
- Ability to build pipeline, get in front of prospects, close deals, and repeat - leveraging referrals, etc
- A base salary of $125K to $135K or higher + $17K car allowance, petrol, parking and commissions.
- A global organisation leading in their space
- Training in the UK for 1-2 weeks
- Yearly Kick-offs and Presidents Clubs overseas fully-paid
- Only 2 Reps per state so big enough to enjoy and small enough to have a great territory!
- An experienced sales leader in this space who acts like a coach
- Genuine opps to relocate overseas if appealing down the track
