Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a highly driven SDR to work with the sales team to make outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreaches to help generate qualified sales leads. You'll work closely with an assigned sales team to create a strategic sales approach; Identify decision makers in targeted accounts to start a sales process; make a high volume of calls to promote and sell our clients software. You'll also follow up on leads from sales, marketing, the channel machine and your calls. We are keen to see someone who can be consistent in prospecting, follow-ups and booking meetings; maintain account activity details in the CRM. You'd be joining team of 8-10 based in Melbourne & APAC who thrive on competition.
Experience Required:
- A Bachelors degree or training/relevant experience
- Ideally 1 - 3 years+ experience in an SDR or outbound sales role
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails and messages
- Excellent written, verbal skills to influence and negotiate
- Can work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong decision, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Personal drive and motivation to high achievement.
- Salary of $72K base + super + commissions
- Commissions at $45K; uncapped from there and you're set up to overachieve this figure!
- Current team are ALL doing 150%+ of their targets (so taking home more than $45K comms)
- Opportunities to move into sales in 24 months
- All SDRs go to Asia aver year for 2-3 days.
