The Role
Join the early Australian team and be the first point of contact for incoming leads. You’ll qualify prospects, manage the top of the funnel, and help drive growth while learning the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
- Conduct outreach and book meetings for the Account Executive team
- Manage CRM data and pipeline hygiene
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead flow
- 1+ year experience in SDR / BDR or inside sales (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and prospecting skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Melbourne-based (hybrid working)
