What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate technology and camera deployments across retail location
- Liaise with technicians, electrical contractors and other third-party suppliers
- Manage deployment timelines, appointments and schedule changes
- Track progress and keep project information up to date in Asana
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve scheduling issues
- Experience in scheduling, coordination or project support
- Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience coordinating technicians, trades or contractors is highly regarded
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Ability to manage multiple deployments and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
