Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across multiple complex projects within a regulated PHI environment
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using AI Prompting
- Translate business needs into scalable, compliant technology solutions
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams (business, IT, vendors, and system integrators)
- Develop artefacts including process maps, data flows, technical specifications, and impact assessments
- Collaborate with SMEs across products, pricing, claims, operations, and compliance
- Support solution design, development, testing, and implementation phases
- Manage and prioritise the product/project backlog aligned to strategic and regulatory objectives
- Identify process gaps, resolve data issues, and drive continuous improvement
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst / Functional BA
- Strong background in Private Health Insurance (PHI)
- Products, pricing, claims, membership, and policy structures
- Regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Excellent documentation skills (user stories, use cases, functional specs, requirements) utlising AI Prompting
- Experience across the full SDLC in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of system design, integrations, APIs, and databases
- Proven experience working with vendors and delivery partners
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
