The role requires extensive experience in telephony programs (including cloud-based) and omni channel expertise. Salesforce Service Cloud experience is highly desirable.

The requirements:
- Extensive telephony experience, ideally with broader omnichannel expertise, in a Business Analyst capacity:
- Deep understanding of legacy on-premise PABX solutions
- Proven experience with cloud-based telephony platforms
- Track record of successfully migrating telephony solutions from both on-premise and cloud platforms
- Experience with telephony system vendors such as Genesys, AWS Connect, or NiCE (Genesys or AWS Connect strongly preferred)
- Multi-country telephony implementation experience, particularly managing regulatory and service delivery complexity across jurisdictions
- Omnichannel platform integration experience with Salesforce (highly preferred)
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience (highly desirable)
