My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management to operationalise the AI Strategy, including enhancing AI governance, building organisational capability and optimising outcomes. The role is very much a transformational change position so change management experience across similar AI Strategy/AI enablement is essential.

The requirements:
· Strong experience in Change Management delivering end-to-end, complex programs of work for AI enablement/AI transformation
· Strong program Communications experience
· Strong experience across end-to-end project change (not just BAU)
· Investment/Super/Wealth Management domain experience
· Proven effective stakeholder management skills including leadership/executive level
· Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
· PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
· Project Management certifications highly advantageous
