My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading change activities across a number of BAU and project initiatives across technology and the business.

The requirements:
· Strong experience in Change Management in a 'change advisory' type of role - ability to adapt across different BAU and project initiatives
· Strong Communications experience
· Strong experience across end-to-end change
· Investment/Super/Wealth Management domain experience
· Proven effective stakeholder management skills including leadership/executive level
· Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
· PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
· Project Management certifications highly advantageous
