Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across ICT services, platforms, and operations
- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and deliver technology-enabled outcomes
- Lead organisational ICT planning, roadmaps, policies, and standards aligned to best practice
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused ICT team
- Oversee architecture, service design, delivery, support, and continuous improvement
- Manage ICT budgets, resources, and vendor engagements
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary ICT teams in complex, fast-moving environments
- Strong track record delivering strategic business outcomes through technology
- Experience overseeing enterprise ICT services, infrastructure, and applications
- Demonstrated success in managing ICT budgets and resource planning
- Strong risk identification and mitigation capability
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
- Must have a working with children check and a current police check.
