Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Dynamics 365 transformation program.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
- Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, delivery standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, changes, and project dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee testing, data migration, system integrations, and deployment activities to ensure quality and business readiness.
- Manage external vendors and system integrators, ensuring contractual obligations and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting to executive stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and operational requirements.
- Drive adherence to project management methodologies and best-practice project controls.
- Current Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, or CRM transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in project governance, planning, assurance, risk management, and delivery controls.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders, vendors, business leaders, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and delivery certainty.
- Ability to balance project pace with quality and governance requirements in complex enterprise environments.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
