Senior Sales Executive
As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic banking and financial services clients while also hunting new enterprise opportunities across the BFSI sector. You're primary focus is selling enterprise payments software and payments infrastructure and core banking solutions into Tier 1 and Major Banks!
Deal sizes can range from multi-million to nine-figure transactions, with annual quotas typically between $6M - $10M ACV. You'll be supported by a highly respected sales leader with deep industry credibility and a proven track record of developing top-tier enterprise sellers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CEO, CIO, COO and beyond)
- Qualifying and re-qualifying opportunities with strong sales hygiene
- Identifying client pain points and mapping solutions to business outcomes
- Closing large, high-value strategic deals across A/NZ (with a strong VIC focus)
- Expanding existing accounts while driving net-new revenue
- Proven experience selling payments into banks or financial services
- Strong background in complex, consultative enterprise sales
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable carrying a large quota with high deal values
- c.$200K to $220k base + super(flexibility for the right candidate)
- Highly lucrative commission plan 50/50 split uncapped with deal caps up to US $1M per transaction
- Current Team overachieving and quite common to get way over quota on commissions.
- Must be Sydney based or willing to relocate from somewhere else in ANZ.
