They're building the next generation of enterprise platforms, automation, AI-enabled services and modern cloud applications that support a large, fast-moving operation. The Role
This is far more than a traditional engineering position.
You'll be designing and building modern applications, APIs and cloud services while helping drive the adoption of AI across the technology landscape. Working alongside experienced technical leaders, you'll have the opportunity to influence architecture, improve engineering practices and explore how machine learning, large language models and automation can solve real business problems at scale.

The Tech
We're interested in speaking with engineers who have experience across some or all of the following:
- PHP (Laravel), Python and modern JavaScript
- React, Next.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development
- REST APIs, enterprise integrations and microservices
- Microsoft SQL Server and database optimisation
- Linux environments and CI/CD pipelines
- GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- AI integrations, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI or similar platforms
- Machine learning concepts, LLMs, automation or intelligent application development
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic AI architectures (highly regarded)
