Initial 3 month contract opportunity | Melbourne / Hybrid
I am currently working with a digital bank, looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a major program focused on improving its Loan Origination System and end-to-end lending journeys.
This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex workflow problems and translating lending processes into clear, intuitive digital experiences. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Credit Risk and Operations to help shape how lending is delivered across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Analyse current Loan Origination workflows, identify friction points and usability issues
- Map end-to-end lending journeys and highlight optimisation opportunities
- Define future-state UX aligned to business, regulatory and operational requirements
- Create wireframes, clickable prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
- Run workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Product, Risk and Ops
- Partner with Engineering to support feasibility, estimation and delivery planning
- Ensure designs align with compliance, audit and risk controls in lending processes
What we’re looking for
- Senior UX/UI design experience working on complex enterprise platforms
- Strong exposure to Loan Origination Systems or lending platforms
- Understanding of business, commercial or SME lending workflows
- Ability to simplify complex processes into intuitive user journeys
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in Salesforce environments helpful, nCino exposure a bonus
