We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing precision health startup in Melbourne. This is a hands-on role owning social strategy, content and audience growth across multiple digital channels in an early-stage, science-led business.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with the founders and internal team to bring a complex, data-driven health product to life through engaging, consumer-friendly content. This role blends strategy and execution, with a strong focus on growth, performance and conversion.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and execute social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other channels
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar aligned to campaigns and audiences
• Translate complex health and science concepts into engaging content
• Run and optimise paid and organic social campaigns
• Test, measure and iterate campaigns based on performance data
• Collaborate with founders and content contributors on storytelling and brand
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing
• Experience in health, wellness, digital health or life sciences preferred
• Strong content and storytelling ability, especially simplifying complex topics
• Hands-on experience across social platforms and paid media
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
