What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for UiPath automation projects - from design and feasibility through to documentation and support
- Serve as the automation subject matter expert during client engagements, guiding best practices
- Collaborate with business and executive teams to align automation designs with KPIs and ROI metrics
- Champion reusable automation assets to improve efficiency and scalability
- Continuously assess and improve automation technology and processes
- 3-5+ years UiPath development experience, including advanced REFramework, dispatchers, queues, and performers
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
- Strong knowledge of technical architecture and intelligent automation trends
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), RPA software installation/configuration, agile SDLC, and business process improvement
