Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a broad range of roles and business units.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment best practice, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and employment legislation.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce requirements.
- Utilise recruitment data and market insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support employer branding and attraction strategies to strengthen the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with government policies, procedures, and merit-based selection principles.
