What You’ll Do
- Manage Talent: Onboard, guide, and nurture relationships with influencers.
- Match Talent with Brands: Work closely with both talent and clients to create successful partnerships.
- Strategic Growth: Help talent expand their influence and drive meaningful campaign results.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure smooth execution and impactful outcomes for all campaigns.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 years experience within the creator talent management space (preferably with influencers)
- You’re great at building and maintaining relationships.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.
- You have a good understanding of influencer trends.
- Ideally, you have existing connections to talent or a talent roster - but it’s not a dealbreaker!
