The role will focus on payroll validation, workforce data accuracy, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll-related information is correct and processed within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate payroll and workforce data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organisational requirements
- Review overtime, additional hours, and workforce transactions within the payroll system
- Support workforce planning processes by ensuring payroll data integrity
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and shared services payroll teams to resolve payroll-related queries
- Assist with payroll-related documentation and system updates
- Provide high-level customer service in responding to employee payroll enquiries
- Demonstrated experience using Chris21 payroll system(essential)
- Previous payroll experience, preferably within government or large organisations
- Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Must hold a current National Police Check
